Lincoln joined the lab in May 2025 through the DAAD RISE program. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he has research experience with solid and liquid electrolyte batteries through the McDowell lab. Lincoln also has experience with gas turbine engines and high-temperature materials from internships with the Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, USA. He plans to pursue a PhD in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering after graduating from Georgia Tech in May 2026, steering him further towards the world of renewable energy generation and storage.
